★ 韓国は水面下で動いている！
在宅ロビー活動にご参加いただいている皆様、日本政府が断固として韓国を「ホワイト国」から除外したのは素晴らしかったですね。やっと日本は不当要求と妥協の連鎖から抜け出すキッカケを掴みました。
文在寅政権の反日政策が進行したら、いずれ「祖父母が日本語学習で精神的苦痛を受けた。当時の国民一人あたり1000万円の賠償金を払え」といった韓国最高裁判決が出て数百兆円を請求されるところでした。どこかで断ち切らないといけなかったのです。
対韓国政策で参考になるのは暴力団対応だと思います。暴力団追放運動推進都民センター（暴迫都民センター）が出している『暴力団対応ガイド総合版』に対応の基本的心構えが出ています。引用します。
● 恐れず毅然とした態度
暴力団員は、警察に通報されることを最も恐れており、内心ではビクついています。暴力団員を必要以上に恐れることなく、暴力団排除の信念と気迫が感じ取れる態度で対応しましょう。
● 法律、社会のルールにのっとった解決
水面下での解決を図ることなく、必ず法律や社会のルールにのっとり、解決を図りましょう。
● 冷静にして、根気強い対応
暴力団員は、相手を愚ろうし、あるいは挑発して失言を誘い、言葉尻をとらえることが巧みです。これらの挑発に乗ることなく、また、逆に挑発することなく、冷静にしかも根気強く対応しましょう。

「暴力団は、相手が弱い、甘いと見ると、トコトン食らい付き離れません」
「暴力団は、一度味を占めると、何回も金を要求し続けて搾り取るのです」
日本の断固たる対応に、文在寅大統領は暴力団と同じ反応を示しました。臨時閣僚会議を開いて「加害者である日本が、盗っ人たけだけしく、むしろ大きな声で騒ぐ状況は絶対に座視しない」（朝日新聞）と発言したのです。「盗っ人猛々しい」にあたる韓国語は「賊反荷杖」で、泥棒が逆キレしてアベコベに鞭を振るうという意味だそうです。
これに対して「ヒゲの隊長」こと佐藤正久外務副大臣が、「『盗っ人たけだけしい』と品のない言葉まで使っているのは異常だ。日本に対して無礼だ」と即座に反撃しました。こうした場面で日本が反撃するのも過去ありえなかったことです。やっと日本は正しい道を歩みはじめました。
しかし安心するのは早いです。韓国は得意の告げ口外交で世界各国に「日本の貿易管理のために世界恐慌が起きる！ 日本は世界の敵！」と触れて回っています。現に康京和外相は8月2日、バンコクで開かれた無関係のＡＳＥＡＮ（東南アジア諸国連合）関連会議で日本を糾弾する異常な行動に出ました。むろん日本も韓国もＡＳＥＡＮの一員ではありません。とつぜん域外の二国間問題を持ち込まれたＡＳＥＡＮは困惑を隠しきれない様子だったと報道されています。普通の国ではないのです。
ここで皆様にお願いがあります。日本を守るためほんの少しだけお時間をください。前回、世界各国のジュネーブ国連代表部に同報メールを送って「韓国からイラン、シリアに危険物資が密輸されています！」と真実を訴えましたが、今回は各国のニューヨーク国連代表部に同じ内容をお送りいただきたいのです。以前お送りされた方ももう一度お願いします。
宣伝戦は先手必勝です。先に真実を知らせてしまえば、韓国が嘘の告げ口で他国を利用するのは困難になります。国連代表部に配属されている各国のエリート外交官はバカではありません。真実の力で、韓国の嘘を無力化してやりましょう。

I am writing to urge the UN to investigate illegal exports of strategic materials that can be used to produce weapons of mass destruction from South Korea to Iran, Syria and other countries. South Korea's export control has serious flaws and there is a need for the UN to take immediate action.
The leading Japanese newspaper Sankei Shimbun reported on 11 July that according to a document made by South Korean Trade Ministry, between January 2016 and March of this year, there were 142 cases of illegal exports of strategic materials which the government took administrative measures. They included shipment of sodium fluoride, which can be used to make Sarin gas, to Iran, and shipment of biological safety cabinet, which can be used to make biological weapons, to Syria.

Nikkei Asian Review reported in English that in May 2018, centrifuge that can be used to enrich uranium was illegally shipped from South Korea to Russia.

South Korea's Moon administration, known to be pro-North Korea and pro-China, has been "selective" in implementing sanctions on North Korea. Reuters reported on 23 January that South Korea failed to notify UN sanctions committee when it sent about 300 tonnes of petroleum products to North Korea in 2018.

Proliferation of weapons of mass destruction to rogue states and terrorist organizations remains one of the gravest threats to the international community. South Korea must not be allowed to undermine UN sanctions.
