★　開戦リスクは高まった！

在宅ロビー活動にご参加いただいている皆様、4月27日の南北首脳会談には呆れ果てました。韓国哨戒艇沈没事件で46人もの韓国海軍兵士が殺害されてから10年も経たないのに、文大統領は宗主国皇帝を迎えるかのように金正恩を歓待したのです。そして武力衝突のリスクを高めました。

チャンネル桜の「真相はこうだ！」にゲスト出演し、この件について解説させていただきました。25分目くらいから出ています。

驚いたのは文正仁大統領補佐官が、金正恩の代理で日本にタカリはじめたことです。首脳会談の日に毎日新聞の取材に応じた大統領補佐官は、「日本の役割が重要だ」と強調し、「北朝鮮の体制保証には周辺国の協力が不可欠だ」と発言しています。つまり金正恩体制を安定させるためカネを出せということです。

文大統領は金正恩のご機嫌を損ねまいとして、嫌がる話を一切出しませんでした。韓国の憲法は朝鮮半島全体を領土と定めているので、本来であればメンツにかけて人権問題を持ち出すべきでした。ところが韓国大統領府は4月11日時点で人権問題を取り上げない方針を明らかにしました。
翌日イギリスの一流紙デイリー・テレグラフは、「金正恩会談のため北の数百万人を犠牲にしたと、活動家らが韓国大統領を非難」と題した記事を出しました。私の「金正恩に誤ったメッセージを送ることになる」「文大統領は北朝鮮人道犯罪の共犯となる」といったコメントが紹介されています。

もしも文大統領の目的が北スパイとして使命を果たすことでなく、武力衝突を回避することだったなら、南北首脳会談による融和ムードは逆効果しか生みませんでした。開戦リスクを高めただけです。
金正恩が「これでトランプは攻撃できない」と勘違いして気が大きくなり、米朝首脳会談で「在韓・在日米軍撤収を先に行え」と言えば、戦端が開かれる可能性が高いです。逆に緊張が高まって「殺される！」と震え上がった金正恩が核廃棄を実行すれば、アメリカが攻める理由はありません。融和ムードが戦争をもたらし、緊張が平和をもたらすのが朝鮮半島の現実です。文大統領は北のスパイでなかったなら、実に幼稚な人物です。人道犯罪者・金正恩ともに、東アジアをムチャクチャにかき回してくれました。

★　何度も抗議メールを！

さて、4月から皆様とともにＩＯＣへの抗議活動を展開してきました。バッハＩＯＣ会長が東京オリンピックへの北朝鮮選手団参加を勝手に進めていますが、なんとしてでも阻止する必要があります。

ＩＯＣが人道犯罪を無視して金正恩を支援する背景には、人種偏見があるように思います。被害者が黄色人種でなく西ヨーロッパの白人だったら、ありえなかったことです。
例えばイングランド銀行行員の娘で、ハイスクールに通うメアリーちゃん（13歳）が北朝鮮に拉致されていたとします。イギリスでは他にも数百人が英語教師として拉致され、北朝鮮に40年以上も監禁されていたとして、ＩＯＣはロンドンオリンピックへの北朝鮮選手団参加を進めたでしょうか？
もしもヨーロッパに北朝鮮のような独裁国があり、20万人の白人が政治犯収容所で虐待され殺され、200万人以上が餓死していたとして、ＩＯＣ会長は独裁者と笑顔で握手したでしょうか？
答えは明白だと思います。

むろんＩＯＣが意図的に行っていることではありません。しかし人種偏見は行動に出ます。私たちは人種によって命の重さに差があるような考えを、断じて受け入れるわけにはいきません。拉致被害者の全員帰国と核全面廃棄がない限り、東京オリンピックで北朝鮮選手団（実質的に体制宣伝チーム）を一人たりとも入国させてはなりません。

前回に引き続き、ＩＯＣおよび各国のオリンピック委員会に抗議メールをお送りいただきたくお願いします。何度も何度も送っていく必要があります。

One of the most shocking crimes against humanity that the North Korean regime is committing right now is systematic killing of half-Chinese children on racist grounds. According to the UN Commission of Inquiry report, the North Korean authorities believe mixed race children contaminate the "pureness of Korean race" and a witness told the Commission: "guards put the baby in a bucket and took it away saying ‘the baby is not human’ and ‘[it] does not deserve to live because it is impure.'" (Paragraph 426)
Paragraph 432 stated: "In most cases, guards at the detention facilities in which repatriated persons are held force either the mother or a third person to kill the baby by drowning it in water or suffocating it by holding a cloth or other item against its face or putting the baby face down so that it cannot breathe."
